Compensation: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience, with review following an initial probationary period

As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a Care Supervisor / Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, caregiver oversight, client coordination, and service growth initiatives.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, part-time operational and supervisory role supporting care coordination, caregiver scheduling, client onboarding, and administrative workflows. The role also includes supporting community outreach, referrals, and service growth activities aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
This position includes a fieldwork component. From time to time, the successful candidate may be required to provide direct in-home care support to clients as part of service delivery, coverage, training, or operational needs.
The role is offered on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on organizational needs, performance, and service demand.
This role is ideal for a candidate interested in developing leadership, operational, and service growth skills within a mission-driven care organization.
Key Responsibilities
Care Operations & Coordinator
- Support client and family intake, onboarding, and service coordination
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and care delivery in collaboration with leadership
- Provide day-to-day supervision and operational support to caregiving staff
- Support documentation, compliance tracking, and operational workflows
- Assist with quality assurance and adherence to company policies and service standards
Fieldwork & Direct Care Support
- Provide direct in-home caregiving support to clients as required, in accordance with care plans and company standards
- Support continuity of care during staffing gaps, onboarding periods, or operational needs
- Model best practices for caregivers through hands-on service delivery
- Document care activities accurately and in accordance with company procedures
Liaison & Administrative Support
- Act as an operational liaison with external partners and service funders, where applicable
- Support communication between caregivers, families, and leadership
- Maintain accurate records and support audit-ready documentation practices
Marketing, Outreach & Growth Support
- Support community outreach, referrals, and relationship-building initiatives
Assist with marketing and service growth activities, including community engagement and referral coordination
- Contribute to service development and growth planning
Collaborate with leadership on initiatives related to business development, client acquisition, and program expansion
Growth, Progression & Leadership Opportunities

- Senior Care Supervisor
